RoHS Compliance

Interlink Electronics is absolutely committed to manufacturing products that are both safe to use and environmentally friendly.  This includes designing products that are energy efficient, environmentally safe and capable of being recycled or disposed of safely. A vital part of this commitment includes the use of parts, devices and materials that are friendly to the environment. Consistent with this philosophy, we have developed an internal Environmental Related Substances Standard and Implementation Strategy to address the combined requirements of environmental regulations worldwide that would impact our global customer base.

For example, Interlink is fully committed to meeting all the requirements of the United Kingdom’s European RoHs Directive, an aggressive new standard for eliminating environmentally damaging substances in electronics products.  Beginning in 2005, all new Interlink Electronics products have been designed to meet RoHS requirements. As of January 2006, we have also converted the manufacture of our existing products to meet RoHS requirements.
